स्थापना (Incorporation): कंपनी की स्थापना 28 May 2009 को “Skytech Infinite Platform Private Limited” के नाम से हुई थी।
कंपनी मुख्य रूप से भारत (India) में ही व्यवसाय करती है और अपने Products/Services, Indian ग्राहकों को ही Sell करती है (FY 2025-26 में 99.91% Sales, India में हुई थी)
व्यापार (Business): कंपनी मुख्य रूप से ‘Comprehensive Turnkey Automation Solutions’ Provide करने का व्यवसाय करती है। इसमें Concept से लेकर Completion तक Control Panels की Design, Engineering, Supply, Installation & Commissioning (I&C), और Maintenance शामिल है।
उत्पाद/सेवाएं (Products/Services): कंपनी Automation Control Panels की Manufacturing करती है जिसमें Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Drive Systems, Switchgear, और Sensors का Integration होता है। कंपनी के Products में PCC Panels, MCC Panels, Integrated MCC-cum-PCC Panels, APFC Panels, PLC Panels, Control Desk Panels, VFD Panels, FLP Panels, और PDB Panels शामिल हैं।
