इस कंपनी की शुरुआत मूल रूप से ‘Vectras Enprocon Private Limited’ के नाम से 18 May 2021 को हुई थी, जिसे बाद में 03 March 2025 के संकल्प के तहत public limited company में बदल दिया गया और 04 April 2025 को नाम बदलकर ‘Vectras Enprocon Limited’ कर दिया गया। कंपनी मुख्य रूप से एक Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) service provider के रूप में काम करती है जो मुख्य रूप से Oil & Gas industry (Midstream और Downstream segment) पर फोकस करती है।
