About Company

इस कंपनी की शुरुआत मूल रूप से ‘Haq Enterprises Private Limited’ के नाम से एक Private Limited Company के रूप में 9 July 2008 को हुई थी। बाद में 4 May 2018 को इसे Public Limited Company में बदल दिया गया और इसका नाम ‘Haq Steels and Metaliks Limited’ हो गया। फिर 18 January 2024 को इसका नाम बदलकर ‘German Green Steel and Power Limited’ कर दिया गया। कंपनी मुख्य रूप से iron and steel manufacturing के क्षेत्र में काम करती है।

कंपनी मुख्य रूप से निम्नलिखित सेवाएं/Products प्रदान करती है:

Manufacturing: कंपनी मुख्य रूप से TMT Bars, MS Billets और Sponge Iron की manufacturing करती है। यह एक vertically integrated iron and steel manufacturer है। इनके operations के लिए इनके पास captive and hybrid wind and solar power plants भी हैं।

कंपनी का व्यवसाय और Countries of Operation:

• Domestic Market: कंपनी का व्यवसाय मुख्य रूप से India में फैला हुआ है, खासकर western region में। इनके operations मुख्य रूप से Gujarat, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra और Delhi में चल रहे हैं। FY 2026 में इनकी 97.74% sales Gujarat से आई।
• International Market/Exports: कंपनी वर्तमान में कुछ international markets में भी export करती है, जिनमें Cape Verde, Tanzania और Sri Lanka शामिल हैं। हालांकि, इनका international revenue FY 2026 में सिर्फ 1.13% था। इनका raw material (scrap) UAE, USA, Singapore जैसे देशों से import होता है।

Employees और Branches (Offices/Manufacturing Units):

• Employees: 31 March 2026 तक, कंपनी में कुल 1,357 employees थे। इसके अलावा कंपनी 143 contract labourers का भी उपयोग करती है।
• Branches/Locations: कंपनी का Registered and Corporate Office ‘German House, Near Bharat Petrol Pump, Opp. Kochrab Ashram, Paldi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat’ में स्थित है। इसके अलावा, कंपनी की दो manufacturing facilities हैं – Samakhiyali Facility और Viramgam Facility, जो दोनों Gujarat में स्थित हैं। कंपनी का Registered Office और Viramgam Facility का कुछ हिस्सा lease या rent पर है (क्योंकि ये properties इनकी खुद की owned नहीं हैं)।
