About Company
इस कंपनी की शुरुआत मूल रूप से ‘Shivchem Agro Private Limited’ के नाम से 12 September 2021 को Companies Act, 2013 के तहत हुई थी, जिसे बाद में 19 November 2024 को पब्लिक लिमिटेड कंपनी ‘Shivchem Agro Limited’ में बदल दिया गया। कंपनी मुख्य रूप से Agrochemicals और Fertilizers के निर्माण (manufacturing) और बिक्री के क्षेत्र में काम करती है।
कंपनी मुख्य रूप से निम्नलिखित सेवाएं/Products प्रदान करती है:
- Agrochemicals and Fertilizers: कंपनी 176 agrochemical products का निर्माण करती है, जिनमें 88 insecticides, 40 fungicides, 37 herbicides, 8 plant growth regulators और 3 rodenticides शामिल हैं। इसके साथ ही कंपनी 82 fertilizers का भी निर्माण करती है।

- Domestic Market: कंपनी का व्यवसाय पूरी तरह से India (Domestic market) में फैला हुआ है। इनकी revenue का सबसे बड़ा हिस्सा Andhra Pradesh (FY 2026 में 33.98%), Assam (20.82%), और Haryana (19.76%) से आता है। इसके अलावा कंपनी Telangana, Odisha, West Bengal, Bihar, और Rajasthan जैसे अन्य राज्यों में भी अपना व्यवसाय संचालित करती है।
- International Market/Exports: दस्तावेज़ के अनुसार कंपनी पूरी तरह से domestic market पर केंद्रित है और इनका कोई international market या export revenue नहीं है।

- Branches/Locations: कंपनी का Registered Office दिल्ली (Unit No. 703, 704, Amba Tower, D.C Chowk, Sector-9, Rohini) में स्थित है। इनकी Manufacturing Facility झज्जर, हरियाणा में है। इसके अलावा कंपनी के पास Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Odisha, Assam और Bihar में 5 godowns (गोदाम) भी हैं। कंपनी का registered office, manufacturing facility और 5 godowns सभी lease या rent पर लिए गए हैं (ये properties इनकी खुद की owned नहीं हैं)।
Strength
- Product Portfolio और Licenses: कंपनी के पास 176 agrochemical products और 82 fertilizers बनाने का license मौजूद है, जो एक बड़ा और विविध पोर्टफोलियो दर्शाता है।
- Distribution Network: कंपनी के पास 685 distributors का एक बड़ा नेटवर्क है, जिन्हें 5 अलग-अलग राज्यों में स्थित गोदामों से प्रोडक्ट्स सप्लाई किए जाते हैं।
- Revenue Growth: कंपनी का revenue लगातार बढ़ रहा है, जो FY 2024 में 1,094.25 Lakhs से बढ़कर FY 2026 में 3,381.59 Lakhs हो गया है।
Weakness
- Leased Properties: कंपनी का Registered Office, Manufacturing Facility और सभी 5 godowns lease/rent पर चल रहे हैं। Lease renew न होने या विवाद की स्थिति में इनके operations बुरी तरह प्रभावित हो सकते हैं।
- Geographical Concentration: इनकी sales मुख्य रूप से कुछ ही राज्यों जैसे Andhra Pradesh, Assam, और Haryana पर अत्यधिक निर्भर है (FY 2026 में लगभग 74% revenue इन्ही तीन राज्यों से आया)। इससे regional risk काफी बढ़ जाता है।
- Supplier और Customer Dependency तथा Long-Term Agreements की कमी: कंपनी के Top 10 suppliers इनकी कुल purchases का 71.29% हिस्सा (FY 2026) प्रदान करते हैं, और Top 10 customers इनके revenue का 28.71% हिस्सा बनाते हैं। Customers और Suppliers दोनों के साथ इनका कोई long-term agreement/contract नहीं है, जिससे सप्लाई और सेल्स बाधित होने का खतरा रहता है।
- Pending Litigations, Statutory Delays और Cash Flow: कंपनी पर tax proceedings (15.65 Lakhs) लंबित हैं। इसके अलावा कंपनी ने EPF, ESI और GST आदि statutory dues चुकाने में देरी की है और Labour Welfare Fund Act का भी उल्लंघन किया है। साथ ही पिछले कुछ सालों में कंपनी का operating cash flow negative रहा है (जैसे FY 24 में -434.34 Lakhs और FY 25 में -299.85 Lakhs) और कंपनी पर unsecured loans भी हैं जिन्हें कभी भी वापस मांगा जा सकता है।
